Came as a walk in to see Dr. Gafoor after being sick for many weeks and being told a week and a half earlier at another clinic that there was nothing wrong with me - yet I have been up all night coughing and not sleeping 7 weeks after being treated for pneumonia. Called in advance and was able to get in within 1/2 an hour of calling. Wait was minimal and Dr. Gafoor was very sweet and professional. She took the time to understand my concern and properly examine me, as well as listen to my medical history (I am immunodeficient) and take everything into consideration to make a diagnosis and administer treatment. Turns out I had another respiratory infection and did need antibiotics. Too bad she is not accepting new patients.

I will definitely be looking for a new family doctor and if I can't find one I'm fine going as a walk in. Made an appointment to see Dr. Ghafoor as I had some concerns I avoid having to go see a doctor to begin with so I wanted to go and have all my concerns addressed also who has time to come separately for every issue since they aren't open very late and it interferes with work. I had to wait 35 minutes after the appointment time and then she came in and gave me 10 minutes and came off very cold and disinterested in my concerns and rushed out of there because she had other patients and I couldn't ask her about any other concern of mine. I'd rather go to walk in clinics than come here again.

I was here last month, my daughter was sick and the doctor was very knowledgeable, did listen to all the symptoms and concerns and made a perfect diagnosis. Although I visited here as a walkin, the wait time was not bad at all. I really wish this clinic is accepting new patients, if so i would love to be part of this family.

The only reason this place gets two stars is because the doctor was great when we were there. However their receptionist has absolutely no people skills, and was incredibly rude. Less than 12 hour after our appointment I asked for a referral and was informed I would have to come in again rather than the doctor just sending the referral previously spoken about in the appointment. I offered to do a phone consult so I didn’t have to miss another day of work, to try and work with them to get the referral and was refused because “I am not a family practice patient” only a walk-in client. They only wanted another appointment to make additional money rather than provide decent patient care. What a waste of time.
